MOOLA BANDHA 2 DAYS WORKSHOP
✨Moola Bandha✨is at its most esoteric level a psychic practice which manipulates the pranic body, especially apana. The physical contraction applied by pressing/ locking the perineum, prevents the downward flow of prana (apana), which leads human’s consciousness to the lower, more earthly elements: satisfactions of instinctual desires, overindulgence, lethargy, apathy, laziness. Our essential nature is divine and in order to realize this, we must redirect our consciousness. The role of moola bandha is to block the descending movement of consciousness and redirect it upwards, removing in this process blockages in the awareness of ourselves, existing as tension, anxieties, repressions and unresolved conflicts, thereby allowing us to discover our true nature.
During this 2 days workshop you will learn how to work with moola bandha, to incorporate the exercises in your daily spiritual practice.
